To support the ridiculously ambitious plans for our company, we need several experienced Rails developers.

You can work from anywhere, just as long as you love what you do and enjoy making beautiful coded products.

You will join a team made up of people/teams around the world, who will challenge you to be the best you can be and most of all, have a lot of fun in the process.

What you'll be working on:
* A range of innovative web applications (Sorry, we can't say more in this ad)



Required Skills:

* Enthusiasm
* Ruby on Rails (min. 2 years)
* Agile development (XP/Scrum)
* Test driven development (TDD/BDD)
* Experience of version control i.e. Git
* Strong communication skills - ability to present your ideas to a team
* Competent using Linux / OSX
* Experience with complex database design (MySql)
* Flexible, committed and punctual
* Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
* Focus on frequent delivery of working systems
