I am not a sports fan, at all--I haven't been to a public sports game in years, and I specifically recorded the Super Bowl so that I could fast forward through the game itself and watch just the commercials and the Half Time Show. That being said, I absolutely love football movies. I don't know why, I just do. My favorites are probably "Remember The Titans" and "The Replacements", the latter of which isn't even remotely serious but is vastly entertaining. "We Are Marshall" is good, too, if somewhat of a tearjerker at times.

So, anyone have any good football movie recommendations?

I am not a big fan of them, but I did watch one of them when I flew from NYC to LA in 2007. All I remember of that movie is a lot of rain, dirty players and lots of efforts to win a game. Uhh...

Well, I don't have very highbrow taste when it comes to movies. And I don't find the game itself interesting at all, so I'm not even sure why I like movies about it.
