The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of office management experience, a winning and entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for organizational success. 

As an Administrative Assistant for Translation Services USA, you will be challenged to ensure office is run smoothly, client inquiries are getting answered timely and all office supplies are available.

Administrative Assistants are also required to:


•Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product line.
•Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
•Work efficiently with little supervision.
•Multitasking in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:
•Minimum of 1-3 years office management experience (preferably in a small to medium sized company)
•Minimum associate degree with GPA 3.5+ (we verify)
•Fearless/aggressive attitude -- not afraid to call or visit customers
•Ability to work with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Word.
•Typing skills: 60+ wpm
