Job Openings at Translation Services USA

Translation Services USA has been delivering certified translation work since 2002. Alongside the agency we run two SaaS products — ConveyThis, which translates websites, and DocTranslator, which translates documents — and we are now building the growth function around them.

The four roles below are senior, remote and hands-on. You would work directly with the founder, with a short path from idea to shipped — no layer of managers to route work through, and nothing handed off to an agency.

We hire on demonstrated results rather than credentials. Applicants are welcome from any country; two of the roles ask for meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.

Head of Growth — SaaS

Full-time / Long-term contract · Remote · significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

Own the growth engine across our portfolio of SaaS products — acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion. This is an operator’s role, not an agency-management one: you analyze the funnel, run the experiments, and build a small team around what works.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to build and own the growth engine across our portfolio of SaaS products.

This is not a role for someone who primarily manages agencies, prepares presentations, or delegates execution. We are looking for an operator who can analyze the funnel, identify opportunities, launch experiments, measure results, and progressively build a small growth team around what works.

You will work directly with the founder, product team, and developers.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and execute the overall SaaS growth strategy.
  • Own customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion initiatives.
  • Identify the highest-potential growth opportunities across our products.
  • Analyze funnels from first visit through signup, purchase, renewal, and upgrade.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, promotional, and onboarding experiments.
  • Coordinate SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and partnerships.
  • Establish reporting for CAC, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, churn, and MRR.
  • Prioritize experiments based on expected business impact.
  • Work directly with engineering to implement growth initiatives.
  • Recruit and manage additional growth specialists as the company scales.

What Success Looks Like

You should be able to demonstrate measurable improvement in:

  • New MRR and ARR
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Trial / free-to-paid conversion
  • Signup and activation rates
  • CAC payback period
  • Expansion revenue
  • Retention and churn
  • Marketing channel profitability

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience growing SaaS or subscription businesses.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics and funnel metrics.
  • Comfortable working directly with analytics and raw data.
  • Experience with experimentation and conversion optimization.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Able to work independently without a large support organization.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution.

Strong preference: candidates who can show specific examples of revenue, conversion, or acquisition improvements they personally drove.

Own paid acquisition end to end — from keyword and audience selection through ads, landing pages, tracking and purchase, to CAC. The objective is profitable acquisition, not ad spend or traffic.

Read the full role description

About the Role

We are looking for a performance marketer who can do more than manage advertising campaigns.

You will own the entire paid acquisition journey — from keyword or audience selection through advertising, landing pages, conversion tracking, purchase, and CAC.

Your objective is profitable customer acquisition rather than maximizing ad spend or traffic.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage Google Ads and other relevant acquisition platforms.
  • Structure campaigns around business economics and user intent.
  • Conduct keyword, search-query, audience, device, and geographic analysis.
  • Maintain accurate conversion and revenue tracking.
  • Build and evaluate advertising creatives.
  • Develop dedicated landing pages and conversion experiments.
  • Run A/B tests across ads, pages, offers, pricing, and signup flows.
  • Analyze funnel abandonment.
  • Identify low-quality and fraudulent traffic.
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.
  • Reallocate budgets based on marginal performance.
  • Work with engineers and designers to improve conversion.
  • Produce concise weekly reporting focused on business outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Profitable new MRR
  • Reduced CAC
  • Improved ROAS
  • Improved landing-page conversion
  • Reduced wasted advertising spend
  • Higher signup-to-paid conversion
  • Predictable scaling of successful campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

  • Significant hands-on Google Ads experience.
  • Experience working with SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses.
  • Strong conversion optimization skills.
  • Strong understanding of attribution and tracking.
  • Comfortable analyzing data instead of relying only on advertising-platform recommendations.
  • Experience with GA4 and modern analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain why performance changed and what action should be taken.

Agency experience is acceptable, but candidates must demonstrate that they personally managed and optimized campaigns.
