Translation Services USA$24.95 per page · 24-hour delivery · Accepted by USCIS
We translate high school diplomas, leaving certificates and grade sheets into English and certify them for $24.95 per page. Most certificates are one page, and a certificate with a separate grade sheet is two. Grades are translated as printed, never converted, which is what colleges and credential evaluators expect. Most orders arrive as a PDF within 24 hours.

What we translate
The secondary school certificate has a different name almost everywhere: the bachillerato or título de bachiller, the baccalauréat, the Abitur, the Matura, the Indian Class 12 marksheet, the West African WASSCE certificate, the Chinese senior high school graduation certificate, the Russian attestat. We translate the certificate and any grade sheet or supplement that comes with it.
That covers the school's name and location, the student's details, the track or program (science, humanities, technical), every subject and its grade, final averages, exam results, the grading scale, signatures, stamps and registration numbers. Tables keep the same layout, so a reader can compare them line by line with the original.
We translate the grades exactly as printed, and the scale that explains them. We don't say what a document is "equivalent to" in the US system. That judgment belongs to an evaluator or the admissions office.
Who asks for it
Colleges and community colleges ask for it with any application from a student educated abroad, and many want a course-by-course evaluation as well. Adult education programs, apprenticeships and vocational schools ask for proof of high school completion before you enroll.
Employers ask for it when a job requires a high school diploma. The US military asks recruits to document their education, and a foreign diploma needs an English translation and usually an evaluation. Some state licensing programs, such as nursing assistant or cosmetology training, want it too. Students applying for an F-1 visa have usually sent these documents in English already, because the school asks for them before it issues the I-20.

How it works
Upload a scan or a phone photo of every page, including the back if anything is written or stamped there. We don't need the original.
Your account manager checks the page count and sends the total, usually within 15 minutes during office hours. You pay by card or PayPal.
Most documents of one to three pages arrive within 24 hours, with the signed certificate of accuracy attached. Notarized hard copies can be picked up or mailed.
Requirements
They want a complete, literal translation of the official document, not a summary. Every subject and grade has to be there, along with the stamps that show the document is official. If your school issued a certificate in two languages, we still translate every part that isn't in English.
Many colleges send foreign records to an evaluator such as WES or ECE. Check the evaluator's country requirements before you order: some want the documents sent directly from your school, and some accept a translation only together with a copy of the original.
Our translations come with a signed certificate of accuracy, which also meets the USCIS rule in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) if the same documents go into an immigration file. For university degrees and transcripts, see diploma and transcript translation.
Real samples
These are real Translation Services USA certified translations, with names changed and a SAMPLE watermark. Yours arrives in the same format: the certificate of accuracy first, then the full English translation on our letterhead.

Send both if you have them. Admissions offices usually want proof that you graduated and the subjects and grades, and those are often on separate pages.

Yes. Stamps, seals and signatures are translated or described in brackets, such as [signature] or [round seal of the school], so the reader knows what is on the original.
Most don't. A few schools and some foreign authorities do, and we notarize for $25 per document, the same day.
