The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of HR Management experience in the state of New Jersey, a winning and entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for finding and screening best people. 

As a HR Manager for Translation Services USA, you will be challenged to identify new job applicants, reactivate inactive accounts and grow the staff. 

HR Manager is also required to:

•Post job ads on various platforms: Craigslist, SimplyHired, College Boards, and Social media sites.
•Attend technology events and networking meetups in NYC and NJ areas.
•Screen out resumes, conduct over the phone interviews, verify employment histories.

Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years HR management experience (preferably in small to medium sized Tech companies)
